How will I know my size? Carlyne Thompson fashions are made in the US and adhere to US sizing. For reassurance on your size we recommend calling Carlyne Thompson for a visual walk through on taking your measurements. This service is personalized, confidential and offered free of charge.
What if my size is not offered or a need a special design, color or size? Carlyne Thompson offers a personal service where a unique custom design is created for your special occasion from weddings, to tailoring to evening wear. This service typically requires appointments with custom fittings.
What packaging will my order be shipped in? All orders from carlynethompson.com will be shipped in a size relevant custom white delivery box which will be placed inside a standard shipping box to further protect your delivery.
Are shipments insured? Every shipment is insured from the moment it leaves Carlyne Thompson to the point of delivery. Each order will require a signature verifying receipt. The signature will confirm delivery. Once the item is signed for the responsibility of the merchandise passes to the customer.
Can I track my order? Yes. Once your order has been shipped you will receive email confirmation detailing your shipping information and shipping vendor tracking number.
What is the return policy? The goal of Carlyne Thompson is always continued customer satisfaction. However, be assured the unworn non-sale items can be returned by initiating an email. Returned items have a $20 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, the following return guidelines apply:
- The return must be made within 14 days of the delivery or on-site/event purchase date.
- Worn, altered or washed items will not be accepted for return.
- Exchanged must be discussed and agreed upon. Please call or email prior to initiation.
- Merchandise items must have all tags attached in their original form.
- Please include a copy of the receipt with the returned merchandise.
- Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- We are not responsible for items returned through the carrier of your choice.
